  • Post-viral ME/CFS Diagnosing & Treating ME/CFS In The Time Of COVID: "#MEAction and the University of Rochester presented a Grand Rounds on ME/CFS in the wake of COVID-19 in January 2021. The content was recorded from our August 2020 seminar, with our speakers present for panel-style questions from the audience. "

  • U.S. healthcare providers – doctors, nurses, and social workers– can now watch Unrest and receive continuing medical education credits (CME/CE) through the American Medical Women’s Association and Indiana University School of Medicine *free.

  • Medical providers can earn their CME/CE directly by watching Unrest online and completing the short test *free.

The Workwell Foundation and Medbridge Education: offers the first-ever accredited course* on ME/CFS for physical, occupational, and speech therapists taught by Todd Davenport, PT, DPT, MPH, OCS, Mark VanNess, PhD and Staci Stevens, MA *requires subscription.

Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS): is offering two, free, on-demand webinars on ME/CFS for healthcare providers to earn CME credits. There are two modules presented by ME specialist, Lucinda Bateman, M.D., founder and medical director of Utah’s Bateman Horne Center.

  • Module one is intended to help medical providers identify the core diagnostic criteria of ME/CFS and more confidently make a diagnosis. Each of the diagnostic criteria will be discussed, supported by a brief discussion of the evidence.

  • Module two is designed to help medical providers recognize the major treatable aspects of ME/CFS and design a common sense management plan in the absence of formal treatment guidelines. Focus will be on the core diagnostic criteria and common co-morbid conditions amenable to treatment.

CEU Creations: provides the Forgotten Plague CE* course for social workers, nurses and other allied health providers to learn about myalgic encephalomyelitis, its history, current research, to meet patients and learn about the medical system’s inability to address many complex chronic diseases. The course includes documentary video along with supplemental self-study resources. Social workers will learn ways that they can assist their patients/families with resources and coping mechanisms *$50.
